Kelvin May
Kelvin is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), with a Bachelor of Business Degree from Curtin University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Curtin Graduate School of Business. He is also a certificated member of the Governance Institute of Australia (formerly Company Secretaries Australia).
Kelvin has nearly 40 years business experience, including 30 years post graduate experience in senior financial management positions with large corporates in Australia prior to establishing Eureka Commercial Solutions, including:
- Coates Hire Operations Pty Ltd – Australia’s largest equipment hire company
- Brambles Industrial Services – major provider of logistics services
- Tenix Defence – builder and maintainer of military, paramilitary and civilian ships
- FFE Minerals Australia Pty Ltd – major international supplier of mineral processing equipment
- Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines – operator of the Superpit at Kalgoorlie, Australia’s largest gold producer
- Bankwest (Formerly R&I Bank of Western Australia).
Kelvin has also been a director of an LSE:AIM & ASX dual-listed company.
Leticia Grant
Leticia has qualifications in Human Resources & Public Relations, and 40 years experience in client service management.
Leticia has worked in both her own small business as well as large corporate environments in the Human Resources, Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Training, Childcare and health service industries. Currently she works with the not-for-profit sector with an organization providing support for families who have children with disabilities.
